Ross-Tech understands that customers may inadvertently buy a PC that does not have the correct port for their interface or may buy an interface that doesn’t match their computer ports. While our website makes it very clear that the customer is responsible for verifying that their PC has the port that matches the interface they intend to buy prior to ordering, we acknowledge that mistakes will happen. We want our customers to continue to use VCDS and we do not want them to have to pay for a whole new interface when these events occur.

However, we also need to cover our costs and make a profit to be here for the long term. We cannot just give product to those who make an error and we cannot sell returned product as new. So there is a cost to us to assist our customers to resolve these issues.

This program is not an upgrade program. This program is only for product that is 3 months or less old. We offer this exchange program to our customers on aninvitation only basis. You must have a Return Authorization to complete an order for an exchange. Without our invitation or the Return Authorization, your order will be rejected.
