Trade In Policy:

Trade in programs are only offered to registered users.

If you did not purchase your interface directly from Ross-Tech LLC, please contact us before placing your order to verify that you are registered and that your interface is eligible for this trade-in offer.

Typical turn-around time on upgrades is 2-3 business days from receipt of your order. Please take this into consideration when placing your order.

Eligible Ross-Tech Interface Types:

The only interfaces eligible for trade have the following names: ISO-COM, UNI-COM, FAST-COM, MAX-COM, TWIN-COM, BI-COM, TWIN-USB

You do not need to return the old interface. We will transfer your license from your old interface to the new interface. We will not provide any new updates for your old interface. It will continue to work with the old software provided you do not disturb the activation. If you do disturb the activation or the PC fails, you will not receive any new activations once this order is placed.
