This plan provides Ross-Tech’s high quality live telephone support to help registered customers use VCDS to find and apply information regarding vehicle diagnosis. We have two plans available for our registered users:
We cannot guarantee solutions to all problems. What we can and do deliver is information that may assist our customers as they attempt to effect repairs. Our specialists know where to find needed information that will help in a given repair
The Single Ticket plan ($40) is not sold through the web store. When calling our Tech Support line, our support specialists will check to see if you have tickets available. If you do not, you will have the option to purchase either plan over the phone.
