Live Telephone Technical Support

- 15 Ticket Annual Plan

This plan provides Ross-Tech’s high quality live telephone support to help registered customers use VCDS to find and apply information regarding vehicle diagnosis. We have two plans available for our registered users:

  1. The 15-ticket Annual Plan costs $300 and provides the registered user with “live” telephone technical support for 15 different “tickets” (defined as one problem, on one car, to be closed out within a 5 business day period). Any unused tickets expire one year after date-of-purchase. If you need more that 15 tickets in one year, simply purchase this plan again when you’ve used up all 15 tickets; they won’t expire until one year later. This plan costs $20 per ticket.
  2. The Single Ticket plan costs $40 and provides the registered user with “live” telephone technical support for a one ticket (one problem, on one car, to be closed out within a 5 business day period).

We cannot guarantee solutions to all problems. What we can and do deliver is information that may assist our customers as they attempt to effect repairs. Our specialists know where to find needed information that will help in a given repair

The Single Ticket plan ($40) is not sold through the web store. When calling our Tech Support line, our support specialists will check to see if you have tickets available. If you do not, you will have the option to purchase either plan over the phone.
